The Melbourne Asian Seventh-day Adventist Church (MASDAC) is a multicultural and multigenerational church located in the leafy eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia. Those that call MASDAC home hail from more than 15 countries representing all age groups.
Worship at MASDAC comes in several forms. On most weeks, we have two worship services conducted simultaneously. A bilingual service (in English and Mandarin) is conducted in the Main Sanctuary while an English-speaking service is held in the Upper Room. Both worship services commence at 11.00 am on Sabbath (Saturday) mornings. On special occasions, we have a combined worship service to celebrate the ‘one-ness’ we have in Jesus.
Prior to the worship service, we spend time from 9.30 am in the study of the Bible. We call this time Sabbath School. There are classes catering for all age groups from beginner and kindergarten to primary and juniors up to youth and adults.
We’re an active and involved church. So no matter where you’re from or how old you are, there is a special place for you on our journey with God!
The mission of the church is to glorify God by making disciples through the gospel of Jesus Christ. God’s mission and the mission of His Church are inseparably linked.
There is one God, who exists eternally in a fellowship of three distinct and equal persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit who are unchangeable in their holiness, justice, wisdom and love.
